The map displays total number of persons working in public services (size of circles) and the share with regard to total employment in coastal municipalities which corresponds to the intensity of the red colours. A high concentration is registered in the areas with largest population such as the Nordic metropolitan regions as well as main urban areas across the Nordic Countries. Definition of Public Services sectors was based on NACE categories.
