The ESPON project DEMIFER - Policy Lunch Seminar
What are the current trends and possible future options in migration, fertility, and mortality in European regions? How will an ageing population affect European regions in the next decades? What types of policies can be aimed at accommodating and changing demographic and migratory trends? These are some of the questions that will be open for discussion at the presentation of the final results of the ESPON project DEMIFER in Brussels on November 9, 2010.
Nordregio with partners will thus invite EU, national and regional policymakers and other interested stakeholders to learn more about the demographic and migratory trends in Europe and begin addressing relevant policy considerations by attending a Policy Lunch Seminar on November 9th at 11-13 in Swedish Representation's auditorium, Brussels (Square de Meeûs 30).
