The aim of the project is to develop a territorial monitoring system for the BSR based on indicators. The scope of the monitoring framework will be based on political and scientific documents in the field of territorial development and cohesion, and the monitoring system will deliver an appropriate concept for visualisation and presentation. Also, the project will test the systems in 3-5 thematic fields (in one or more regions) to show its analytical capability and to produce a "handbook" or manual for using and maintaining the system.
