Attracting high-skilled people - a benchmarking study of Copenhagen, Munich and Ottawa

Nordregio has together with SWECO Eurofutures been commissioned by the Stockholm County Administration Board to make a benchmarking analysis of regions that are successful in attracting high-skilled labour-force as well as business investments.

The assignment consists in identifying three internationally successful regions which are relevant to analyze from a Stockholm perspective. The analysis will be performed by using a combination of desk research and interviews.
